As Stephen Foster's Adopt-A-Class Coordinator, I am very excited to introduce a remarkable program to our community. Our school has the opportunity to participate in a program that allows businesses to help enhance our student's learning experience. We are seeking businesses who would like to participate in this program. The cost to adopt a classroom is $250.00, with the money being used by the teacher in any way they feel is needed in their classroom. This donation will help ensure that our teachers have the essential teaching materials which will enrich the student's scholastic experience through this school year. In addition to benefiting one of the 37 classrooms in our school, the gift may also help one of our many extraordinary special departments including, but not limited to, art, music, Spanish, physical education, math and the media center.
The Adopt-A-Class program has been very successful at other schools in Broward County through the generosity of the donors. This support from our community is invaluable in our ongoing commitment to retaining Stephen Foster Elementary. Please support the teachers and staff in their commitment to maintaining our standing as an "A" School. I thank all the future donors for being such an important influence with this significant endeavor.
